Our Fourth Day

Today, we were welcomed with a greeting in Spanish from our student, Valeria and Ms. D'Alleva.  Ask your children to say "Bienvenidos" which means "Welcome".

Then we were ready to listen, support, respect, and connect with our classmates as we thought about why a club is a special place.

We wrote in our notebooks about why we think a club is special.

Ms. Wells helps students communicate why clubs are special and how we will be visiting the summer robotics club today!

Students worked on their ebooks, using the app, Book Creator, to document their evidence as to why clubs are special.

Next, we visited the Burlington Summer Robotics Club!  We had so much fun!

Ekamveer and Ibrah were inspired by the robotics club and
made their own robot using pattern blocks!

Students shared their evidence with each other.

Students wrote about the evidence they found to show why the robotics class was special.

We ended our day playing "musical shares" where we spoke to our partner about why the robotics clubs was a special place.  We had a great day of learning!
